Why Ride the Virginia Cross Country Series?
- It’s the only AMA sanctioned State Championship off-road series in Virginia for bikes and quads.
- The VXCS has an 8 race State Championship Series in 2010 . An 8 race series is more affordable to compete in than other series with 12-15 races. It cost riders less in entry fees, gas, and time, and simply makes better sense in today's economy.
- Great courses. We do not believe in running the same courses year after year. The VXCS has offered more new race sites in 7 years than anyone else in Virginia. Our courses are fresher and more fun to ride. When it comes to courses, we lead not follow.
- Tired of starting your race out riding in someone else's ruts? The VXCS does not split the A, B, and C classes. Everyone has an equal opportunity to start out on the same fresh course at the same time.
- Have more time for life outside of racing. We run one event a month, not two or three like larger series.
